This program is mainly for the attachment and internship programmes. It involves placing students undertaking a degree in a particular field in nursing, physiotherapy, biomedical, nutrition and health etc. The students are placed in Government-run hospitals and must be registered with the National bodies like the Nursing Council of Kenya, Kenya Society of Physiotherapists etc. The interns can work in the areas of general medical practice, maternal health, minor surgery, and laboratory work, occupational therapy, physiotherapy etc.
Students participating in the medical volunteer / attachment or internship program must be pursuing a degree or certification in a relevant medical field. Students are required to obtain a letter of recommendation from a recognized university or college attesting to their course of study and previous training.
We mainly deal with Placement services of volunteers, attachments, internships for volunteers, interns and senior volunteers.
